Having a baby and parenting can be overwhelming and stressful at times, but having a good support system can make all the difference.  At Youville Community Health Resource Centre, we offer a wide variety of programs and supports to help you and your family on your journey together.

Did you know we offer free prenatal classes every month?  Available to anyone and taught by a nurse and outreach worker, it’s a great place to get any questions answered about pregnancy and labor and delivery.  We also talk about bringing home baby, breastfeeding and post-partum supports.

Knowing how important support systems are, especially for new parents, we also offer a weekly group for anyone pregnant or with a baby under 1 year.  We call it Baby and Me!  It’s a great place to connect with other parents as well get any questions you have answered by health care professionals.

Youville centre also has nurses available 5 days a week to answer your health care questions, either by phone or in person.  And if you’re 20 years old or younger, you can take advantage of our teen clinic that’s held every Tuesday evening.  Our compassionate nurses are here to hear your story: your worries, stresses, anxieties.  Pregnancy tests, STI testing and PAP tests are all available at Youville.

Youville Centre also offers free counselling services to anyone aged 14 or older.  You do not need a referral for this service.  Our counsellors offer a safe place to be heard with respect and compassion.

At Youville, we are here for you, to meet you where you are…
