PRESENTATION:
Community Living disABILITY Services is a voluntary program that supports eligible adults with intellectual disabilities in Manitoba to live good and satisfying lives in their communities. This presentation will provide information on the referral process, eligibility, the SIS assessment, and services offered.
SPEAKER: Bree Hoye and Jennifer Riddolls
Bree Hoye and Jennifer Riddolls are Intake Coordinators with the Community Living disability Services program. They have worked for the Department of Families for 18+ years, including 10 years as Community Services Workers, prior to joining the Winnipeg CLDS intake team.
